Pastas - buttered lasagna, gnocchi with dried tomatoes or al sugo (tomato sauce), spaghetti with garlic and olive oil, conchiglione stuffed with four types of cheese and figs, rondelli - and meats (bottom sirloin, top sirloin butt, smoked bitter - sweet pork and sausage) are server in rotation, alternating dishes.
